We are looking for a highly competent Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the achievement of established objectives and successful delivery. We seek someone with proven project management experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, and define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions. Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact, maintain clear communication, and foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related problems, make effective decisions, and work with the team to overcome obstacles.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and excellence.
